New to Lisbon, or living here and tired of chain stores? Steve Attal Optic is an independent optician in Campo de Ourique, at Rua Coelho da Rocha 27A. One optician, a curated wall of designer frames, and an English-speaking service from the eye exam to the final fitting.
A real optician, not a chain
Steve Attal has worked in optics since 1996. He qualified in France in 2000, spent six years with major retailers and independent opticians, and has run his own shop in Vincennes, near Paris, since 2006. He opened in Lisbon in April 2024 — and he is the one who will look after you.

Eye exams in store
The shop has its own eye-exam room. Exams are by appointment; free if you order your glasses with us, otherwise €35, deducted from a later purchase.
Private parking for clients
Parking on Rua Coelho da Rocha is hard, so we keep 2–3 free private spaces for clients in the same building. Just call, or pull up at the gate.
English, French or Portuguese
